Registration
Is a registered body under Society Registration Act of 1860, with Registration No. 195 dated 13^th June 1986/87. It has been re-registered (as per the notification of Jharkhand Govt.) on dated 21^st July 2006 and new registration no. is 681/2006-2007.

Registration Under FCRA
Is also registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) under Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, bearing no. 031190098 year 1987.

New FCRA No. 337800041 has been allotted by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India on 27^th December 2002 considering the Samiti’s base/registered office in Jharkhand, newly formed state carved out from Bihar on 15^th November 2000.

The FCRA registration has been renewed by The Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, Foreigners Division (FCRA Wing) on dated 3^rd August 2016 and the certificate is valid for a period of five years with effect from 01.11.2016.

Registered Under Income-Tax
Also registered with Income-Tax under 12 ‘A’ for basic exemption from taxes.
